Answers to FAQ’s:

The lofts are in Downtown Eatonton (not on-site at the venue), which is 10-12 min. from the venue.

Free WiFi available.

The lofts are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The lofts are currently only promoted via Heartwood Acres; They’re not listed on any vacation rental services.

Pets are not allowed, unless prior arrangements are agreed upon by Heartwood Acres.

Streaming TV apps may sometimes require guests' own accounts.

*Please be aware there is an active Ring security camera (video + audio) on the corner of the porch, facing the driveway. Video footage will not be intentionally monitored during the rental period; footage will only be revisited in the event of an incident.

Parking notes: Easy access; From the road (Harris St.), turn into the driveway; There a couple of appointed spots directly in front of the main door, and there is a large parking lot just on the other side of the front yard’s fence, for many additional cars.

Security deposit may be required per your rental agreement.

The loft comfortably sleeps 6 — 1 queen bed (upstairs), 1 full bed and 2 twins (downstairs)
The loft can sleep additional guests on our futon couch and 2 inflatable mattresses (both full size)

We supply bathroom towels and a few beach towels.

Full-sized washer & dryer in the loft. Detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets provided.

Basic shampoo, conditioner, and soap available in each shower.

There is a two-night minimum, however, one night can sometimes be approved for an additional $100 charge.
