Meet Hadley!

Hadley Holmes is the owner of HH Events & Design. She offers a variety of services from event coordination to full event planning plus decor rentals & bartending services. Hadley joined the Heartwood Acres team in 2021 as an Event Manager, so she knows the venue inside & out. Her event planning experience paired with her incredible eye for event details and her ability to create a seamless & fun flow on event day made it a no-brainer to partner with Hadley to offer in-house coordination. She has planned &/or coordinated over 70 events with the majority for Heartwood Acres clients.

Day of Coordination

INCLUDES:
~ Initial meeting with client to discuss event details
~ 10 hours of overall event management on event day to ensure every aspect and detail is executed flawlessly
~ 1 hour rehearsal prior to event
~ Final walk through with any/all vendors
~ Review of contracts and timelines of vendors
~ Day-of point of contact for all vendors
~ Custom master timeline design
~ Set up of client decor
~ Cue ceremony
~ Floor plan design
~ Distribution of all day-of payments and gratuities (at your discretion)

FULL EVENT PLANNING

INCLUDES:
~Everything the "day of coordination" package includes plus more!
~ At initial meeting, we’ll determine your design style & overall vision
~ 2 full design and planning meetings
~ 12 hours of event management day of event
~ budget management
~ vendor appointment attendance
~ venue tours
~ assistance in vendor selection
~ review of all contracts prior to you committing
~ creation of custom master timeline
~ overall design of event
